Do you have what you need for Try-outs?

In order to try-out and participate on any of our athletic teams here at Father Judge you need to have a PIAA Physical Form filled out and completed by your doctor.
We have Sports Fee of $300 (first sport), $150 (second sport), and $75 (third sport) paid in full once your son has made their team.
Once these are completed you are eligible to participate and play in your respective sport.
